    You can get good Latin chicken here or excellent Pollo Tropical chicken. It all depends on how long it was on the grill. I forgot to ask for a fresher piece so it was dry, but tasty. Lots of great sides. My rice was cooked very well. The condiment bar is surprisingly good, several different flavors but all work well.

    Awful!!! Don't waste your money. This place is dirty. The food was terrible, order was incorrect, chicken was dry and cold.

    Visited this location yesterday. They got my order right and everything was good, although the plantains were a little burnt. They did take a while to give me my food but they were packed and the drive thru had a long line of cars too so I feel it was understandable that it took a little longer.

    They were very rude at the drive thru window. They did no tell us we had a limit on sauces, we had brought lot of food for 8 people . We did not ask for much but enough to eat with our meals and not share 4 containers of sauce among 8 people. How ridiculous that is . We love Pollo Tropical but not for the hassle of begging for condiments.

    I visited them today. I was waiting for my food for 17 minutes! And I would have waited for longer time if I wouldn't asked! Seriously! The restaurant was messy. The large tropichop was looking like it's half a size, and Caribbean soup did not have a corn! What a failure to provide descent service!
